Compensation:
General Dentist - $10,000 monthly guarantee vs. scale of 30-35% of production
Endodontist - Negotiable daily guarantee vs. 50% of net production (whichever is greater)
Oral Surgeon - Guaranteed salary vs. a negotiable % of net production (whichever is greater)
Pediatric Dentist - Guarantee of $180,000/year vs. 40% net production.

PRACTICE PROFILE:
Years in business: Company founded in 2002
Locations: Over 90 offices across the US
Environment: Primarily Medicaid (90%), but commercial insurance as well (10%)
Patients typically range from 1-21 years of age; some offices see up to 20% adults
Average of 13 operative cases per day (each doctor), not including hygiene checks, plus 15-20 exams
Each location has 2-4 dentists on staff plus a full support staff. They also have digital x-rays, electronic digital records and is very technologically advanced to maximum efficiency
Dentists will not be responsible for scalings or prophies
Each dentist will be working out of 2 chairs with 2 assistants; nitrous is available in every operative room
Days/hours: Monday-Friday offices hours vary 8a-5p, 9a-6p or 10a-7p; Saturdays are 5 hour days
Dentists will work either 4 or 5 days/week; must be flexible with being available some Saturdays
Experience: Will consider all levels
Salary: $100K-$115K for 4 days of employment / $115-$145K for 5 days of employment
Salary is based on experience vs. 25% of operative billing (whichever is greater)
*Average annual production bonuses for ALL doctors is $24K-$36K per year, however, there is no cap on the bonus. Some doctors that make up to $70K per year in addition to their base salary, but it all varies on the individual doctor’s personal operative production.
Contract/notice: no specific length of employment but they do require 90 days notice
