Job Title: Business Development Specialist - Healthcare
Job Description:
Responsible for business development in assigned territory. Incumbent is responsible for business development in the healthcare recruiting industry, to include sales, marketing, relationship building, recruiting and interview coordination. Develops business with healthcare organizations by executing a business development plan, and finding and evaluating physicians, dentists, and mid-level providers based on client specific needs and parameters. Using a consultative approach, locates and informs candidates of available positions both pros and cons. Makes appropriate matches for the long term.
Requirements:
4 year degree from an accredited college or university.
3 years business experience with a record of success.
Must be financially motivated.
Must possess a seriousness of purpose.
Must be able to engage high level professionals.
High level of organizational skills
Good computer skills.
Experience with the sales cycle a must.
The ability to communicate professionally and present a good customer service face are also required.
